Performance Year Begins for Aledade Missouri ACO

In a previous blog, Aledade Expands Presence with New ACO in Missouri, you learned of the formation of a new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in Missouri focused on independent primary care providers. On January 1, this ACO officially launched with a membership of 28 primary care physicians and 33 affiliated specialists. Our commited group of care innovators from Aledade and Primaris are supporting the ACO in transforming the way health care in delivered. Though ours isn't the only ACO currently tackling Missouri's healthcare challenges, it is the first to focus on the crucial role played by independent Primary Care physcians.
