Primaris is the proud recipient of three honors in the 2018 MarCom Awards, an international competition administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The awards represent work across print media, strategic communications, digital media, and video.
- Primaris won a Gold Award in the Strategic Communications, Integrated Marketing Campaign category for the "7 Stages of the Health Data Life Cycle" campaign.
- Primaris won a Gold Award for Digital Media, Podcast category for our healthcare podcast, Quality Talk.
- Primaris won a Gold Award in Print Media, Logo Creativity category for our redesigned logo for Primaris Foundation.
- Primaris also received an Honorable Mention in the Digital Media, E-Newsletter category for our monthly newsletter, "Quality Time with Primaris."

The MarCom Awards recognize outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.
Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
About the awards:
One of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious creative competitions in the world, the MarCom Awards recognize outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals. Each year, more than 6,000 entries are submitted from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries.
MarCom entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. The competition has grown to perhaps the largest of its kind in the world. A look at the winners shows a range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies. The competition is so well respected in the industry that national public relations organizations, local ad clubs, and local business communicator chapters are entrants.
Winners were selected from more than 300 categories in four forms of media and communication efforts: print media, strategic communications, digital media, audio/video, and miscellaneous. Winners include industry leaders such as IBM, the PGA Tour, The Coca-Cola Company, United Healthcare, and more.
