Jennifer Wilbers, is a Primaris Quality Improvement Program Specialist. Jennifer has a Bachelors in Health Sciences, a Masters in Health Administration and is working to complete her Doctorate in Health Administration. Jennifer has both basic quality reporting experience and IT background, having worked in clinic administration and aspects of Risk Management. Her current studies prepare her uniquely to Value reporting in the physician practice space.

If you are like many providers, then you are knee deep in the weeds of reporting, abstracting, and attesting for 2016 PQRS. And if you're not, then you better get going. CMS deadlines are weeks away, and now is the time be gathering data and making sure every ‘t’ is crossed and ‘i’ is dotted.

Next Steps for 2016 PQRS Reporting

There is still time to report PQRS in 2016.  If you have not yet developed a plan for reporting or have not yet contacted your vendor for direction, please do so ASAP.  

Individuals can still report via Registry, EHR (Direct or Data Submission Vendor), or Qualified Clinical Data Registry.  Groups can still report via the mechanism chosen during GPRO registration.
