Cate Nagus is a Primaris Quality Improvement Program Specialist for work with TMF Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization. Nagus, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, works on the behavioral health task to support primary care practices in improving depression and alcohol screening rates and inpatient psychiatric facilities in reducing 30-day readmission rates. She has a passion for improving behavioral health services across health care settings and spreading the word about the relationship between behavioral health and physical health.
